Received New Pair

I originally reviewed and gave these only 3 stars due to the clasp not working, however Felson Jewelry quickly responded and remedied the issue and sent me a new pair. I received them today & love them! I appreciate the quick response after not being happy with the original pair. Great customer service & great earrings!!

Pretty but doesn’t stay closed

I like the look of these earrings a lot, but the clasp on them doesn’t stay closed so I’m constantly having to readjust. Not sure if this was just a flaw on the earrings I bought or if others are having the same issue. I wore them only for a few days, but feel like the hassle of always having to make sure they’re closed and stay in my ears really isn’t worth it. I’m sad, because I have another pair from Felson that I really love.
